Alessio Piras: Hi everybody, my name is Alessio, Business Development Manager of Backstage. I’m glad to be here and present to you all the features of the Backstage, so let’s start.
I have been in the company since day one, before venture with Backstage I was working as a Marketing Manager in a big corporation. Crypto started fascinating me in 2019 when I became aware of the many benefits that crypto can offer to mainstream businesses.
I’ve been studying a lot about crypto and decided to run up a crypto project with my friends. Since we have been involved throughout life in the event industry it wasn’t that hard to spread our network and build connections worldwide. People who have faced any kind of problems in the event industry very quickly recognize Backstage as a game-changer.
I would say that the experience, knowledge, and creative minds mixed up together and that’s how Backstage was born.

Q1- For our followers who don’t know the Backstage, can you tell us how the idea of Backstage came out and what is the purpose of the Backstage?

Backstage is an entire Ecosystem that brings the WEB 3 technology to the Entertainment Industry. We are 70% mainstream and 30% crypto oriented. Our goal is to bring the blockchain technology on the back end of existing businesses of the WEB 2 and enlance with the huge Network of the Mainstream Events.
We believe that is the only way for mass adoption for the crypto world. The Core Team behind the project is been involved with Entertainment for over 20 years owning Clubs, and Bars in London and Ibiza so after Pandemic hit we realized that what we love most was in grave danger and that’s where Backstage born, to back up and help the Event industry.

The Backstage Ecosystem is divided in ramifications and features :The Marketplace, POS Wallet, NFT Ticketing platform, Launchpad and Metaverse. All powered by our BKS Token.
The BKS Marketplace, where all event transactions take place, focuses on NFT ticketing solutions that are designed to drive merchandise sales and fan-artist engagement, as well as loyalty NFTs to grant the community with the special rights and benefits. On our NFT Marketplace users will be able to buy NFTs of their favorite artists (we have a couple surprises here) as well as tickets for events and any other event promoted on the BKS Marketplace.
Thanks to the BKS Launchpad, the event industry will experience a new renaissance. For the first time in history, event organizers and entertainment producers will finally have a place where they can meet with investors and find the key support needed to kick start their projects. The use cases of our POS Wallet are endless. On the BKS Wallet users can store/hold and trade $BKS token and NFTs, buy and hold tickets, show proof of ownership of tickets, stake $BKS tokens, connect to the Launchpad and Marketplace. With the POS integration businesses can finally accept crypto payments in their venues, festivals, clubs, sport events etc. helping not only Backstage but any other crypto project for mainstream mass adoption.
For the Metaverse, thanks to our partners XMANNA from LA, we are developing different features for our customers; starting with P2E games and special experiences on location thanks to the augmented reality, hybrid metaverse app to be play and use with the phone or any computer and a new immersive world where all participants are connected and able to move with VR tech.

Q3- With the Backstage platform, we see that NFT tickets for many events will be offered to users. We do not have any information about NFT ticket transactions yet. Could you give us a little more information about this?

Moreover, our NFT tickets make the offering more valuable. By buying a ticket on Backstage Marketplace you get many additional perks to the ticket, for example, early-bird access, VIP access, merchandise discounts, extra services like airline tickets, accommodation and many other discounts by our partners.
NFT with special privileges means that you can own Backstage NFT that gives you lifetime benefits like discounts for events hosted by Backstage, early access to exclusive Backstage events, guaranteed airdrops of artist-related NFTs, merchandise and many more perks that we will unveil soon. Given all of the above, it is quite clear that our NFT tickets are very attractive to the NFT collectors.

Q4- Will it be possible to realize Metaverse events on the Backstage platform? Do you have a study that will enable users to buy tickets and attend events through the Backstage platform?
Alessio Piras: Son 15 ay boyunca, sürdürülebilir bir ana müşteri ağı oluşturduk ve pazara girdikten sonra işin başlangıcından itibaren harekete geçebilmek için öncelikle ekinlik yaratıcılarını ve ev sahiplerini bir araya getirmeye odaklandık. For the last 15 months we have created a sustainable Network of mainstream clients and focused our efforts to bring in first all creators and hosts of Events to be able to kickstart from the beginning the business once we are in the market. Thanks to that we are looking at more than 2 millions tickets for the next year and this is just the beginning! Costumer gonna be able to just get on our market place and buy tickets for the events with crypto and FIAT so everything was planned to start from the beginning after IDO launch. For the Metaverse, yes, we gonna realize hybrid events in location and inside the XMANNA world Metaverse where all our network is located.

Very good question! We choose BSC for safety reason, volume of transactions and low fees! But we are developing at the same time with NEAR PROTOCOL and at the end of Q4 we are looking to others options too.
